RETURN POLICY - AANOUKIS SWIMWEAR
We only accept a return for faulty goods, for an alteration or an exchange of size (excluding the cost of original shipping).
Within 3 days after reception of your order.

We only accept EXCHANGE OF SIZE if the following requirements are met :
- 1. The item/s are returned within 3 days of you receiving them.
- 2. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
- 3. Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
- 4. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- 5. Please choose carefully - returns for exchange of size can only occur once. As we are a made to order company with a two to three week make time, it is beneficial once you exchange your item for a better suited size, to read the size chart and select the new size carefully.
- 6. We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
- 7. You must include a prepaid express postbag (with tracking) for us to return your items in.
We only accept goods as FAULTY if the following has been met :
If you are sending your items back for a small fit ALTERATION please
- 1. if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
- 2. Pin or mark items accordingly with detailed instructions
- 3. Alterations are free of charge.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
- 1. The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to AANOUKIS Swimwear for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an EXCHANGE however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you again.
- 2. For our free ALTERATION service, the customer covers all shipping costs.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Email email@example.com to advise us of the return or exchange.
- 1. Your name
- 2. Date your order was placed
- 3. Your tracking number
- 4. Brief description of the problem you are experiencing. (Picture)
We cannot be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered or express postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
For an EXCHANGE of size - if we have stock on hand, we will send out your new size/s within 3-4 working days. In most cases we will not have stock on hand so the item will need to be recut and made for you again. A new tracking number will be issued to you via email. If you are returning a FAULTY item for a REFUND over an exchange – and it is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, we will refund you the next working day through PayPal.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
